Go directly to the admin of Alabang Town Center. They will give you the construction guidelines & checklist ng mga requirements.

You need to submit the ff.
Architectural Plans
Electrical Plans (kasma rin dito yun auxiliary plans like yun sa POS, Tel/Network, CCTV, smoke detector, etc)
Plumbing/Sanitary (If any)
Mechanical Plans (Airconditioning & Fire Protection-Sprinkler)
Bill of Material (not sure)
Scope of Works

All drawings shall be signed & seal.

Re: Working a space in malls...

thanks for the prompt reply sir.. we have been asking them for the details but, unfortunately, the guidelines they were giving us is kind of not in detail, we have also asked them in person but they keep on saying that all the requirements are already in the guidelines (which we have already read several times, and doesn't have the detailed requirements especially with drawings).

Since this is our first time to work in malls, nangangapa kami.. and i understand na kailangan pang ipa-approve sa cityhall?

Is there any person who we can contact to help us with the drawing requirements as well as the things to be done with the cityhall?

thank you very much..
