Re: First Time using TIG

Re: First Time using TIG
Re: First Time using TIG
Pansin ko Lang bro parang kulang sa amps..I crank mo pa ng konti para patag ang weld beads sa plate..saka ang alam ko sa tig kailangan malinis na malinis ang bakal bago ka mag apply ng weld,as in shiny clean para maiwasan ang contamination and porosity..

Re: First Time using TIG
Re: First Time using TIG
Bro, though I haven't taken that path yet of welding, some day soon I hope, but I've noticed that
the beads you have applied on the plate material looks a bit " naka umbok pa " I don't know, maybe you need to increase your travel speed and dabbing with the filler rod.
I'm not here criticizing or downgrading your efforts in practicing tig applications, as a matter of fact
I am learning from it also and enjoying your puddle applications. I suppose its my personal observation of how your beads are turning out.
Just continue the practice bro at anduon na, malapit na malapit mo ng makuha ang technique and
hoping for your success.
Anyway I have posted a link here of Tig application from Longevity Welding Lab, I know this will help you a lot.

Re: First Time using TIG
@Rosy
Re: First Time using TIG
