Mahirap pala haha pero practice lang ng practice. puro plate muna hanggang sa makuha ko na rhythm ko then practice naman sa butt joint, T joint, tsaka lap joint tapos nun pipes naman ang next hehe

Ei brader nagamit mo na pala tig function ng welder mo...di ka rin nakatiis noh? Hehe..

Minsan nakagamit din ako nyan,minsan naidikit ko pa yung tip ng tungsten sa weld piece..haha..

Pansin ko Lang bro parang kulang sa amps..I crank mo pa ng konti para patag ang weld beads sa plate..saka ang alam ko sa tig kailangan malinis na malinis ang bakal bago ka mag apply ng weld,as in shiny clean para maiwasan ang contamination and porosity..

May crater sa end ng weld scratch start lang kasi gamit ko walang post flow function. wala pa ako nakitang copper plate para sana backing.

Bro, though I haven't taken that path yet of welding, some day soon I hope, but I've noticed that
the beads you have applied on the plate material looks a bit " naka umbok pa " I don't know, maybe you need to increase your travel speed and dabbing with the filler rod.

I'm not here criticizing or downgrading your efforts in practicing tig applications, as a matter of fact
I am learning from it also and enjoying your puddle applications. I suppose its my personal observation of how your beads are turning out.

Just continue the practice bro at anduon na, malapit na malapit mo ng makuha ang technique and
hoping for your success.

Thanks sa comments bro. Regarding dun sa video ng Longevity medyo advanced technique na ang walking the cup eh. Sa ngayon practice muna ako sa consistency ng beads. May nagtuturo sa akin from weldingweb. next practice ko nyan is overlapping beads tapos lap joints na. Maganda pa beads ko sa stick haha pero enjoy ang TIG malinis at di mainit kumpara sa stick and MIG. Sa naexperience ko mas madaling i-control ang beads kaya lang pag may konting sabit ka lilitaw talaga sa beads mo so importante talaga ang consistency. Kelangan ko na rin bumili ng maraming tungsten kasi nakakatamad mag grind ng mag grind ng tungsten lalo na pag nadikitan ng filler rod di na ok ang arc.

Si Jody Collier (weldingtipsandtricks) madalas ko pinapanood sa youtube, kumpleto videos nya stick, MIG and TIG.
