Re: My journey into welding with the Asea 200TIG

all I did today(since I arrived late for work) was make these...

needed to make a few so I got some weld time...

the welds came out fine and had only one burn thru which I immediately welded shut. welds were minimal and slag wasn't an issue since I used 6011 rods.

some cleaning required.

Re: My journey into welding with the Asea 200TIG

cut off a bit more than I needed, but all welds were solid which was a pleasant surprise.

drilled holes on the sides for mounting then brushed them with primer. also in the picture is the hangers I got free....

drilled some holes again this time on the wall, mounted the brackets and viola, some space recovered.

ran out of tox and screws so the rest will mount as soon as I get some. All in all, a good day:dog1:
