Yes bro, I am with you too, most if not all idolize his mastery in the Mig and Tig process of bead applications. Sure does really very inspiring but........

For any one learning how to Mig or Tig, should be concentrating more first on how to correctly and properly apply those weld beads and on different positions as well
whether for fillet or for grove weld applications. One should learn as well hand and wrist control in learning to weld plus understanding more the parameters
of welding and the machine being used.

This guy from ZTFAB must have been doing this day in and day out and its probably his job in the fabrication world that is why he has mastered his craft. Its nice to learn his techniques and ways but perhaps not to copycat it but for us to be more focused on learning how to properly and correctly apply those beads . :cool01:

Pero the way we weld T joints, lap joints etc is with the circular motion with the torch pero no time to manipulate the weld puddle, kasi dun mabilisan lahat weld as hot as possible, weld as fast as possible. Minimum welds siguro namin dun mga 10 to 12 inches at a time minsan longer pa. Aesthetically pwede na pero not as good as ZTFAB's hehe

Re: ztFab

I suppose the best thing you can do is save up some money for an affordable Mig welder so you can practice the techniques of ZTfab at home.
I think he gave tips on how he made those mig like tig techniques to Jody or Chuckie 2009 on their YouTube videos.

Good luck !!
