Not that I am bias on tools but as far as I have experienced, always check the prices of the other tools as well.
The 30% and 40% maybe misleading as many vendors tends to jack the price up first and claim the discount so there isn't really a big discount.
Research is your best move.

Can't exactly read the photo's text but I went for a similar deal on the red B&Ds at Handyman. I turned in one of those broken fake Bosch drills (bought at a Chinatown sidewalk) and got 50% off a 600+W red B&D hammer drill. From what I recall, price was good. Drill is ok so far. Free bits are crap but would be ok for light duty.

Can't recall exactly but it should be between $50 to $100 surface shipment (4-5 weeks). So call it $75.
Edit: Oops. Checked my mail. Forex Cargo charged me $110. With these prices, I wonder if Golden's TS is now sulit.
