Yes. I had the Rikon in my Amazon "Saved Items--To Buy Later" so I got the alert, too.
Dang! And I had just decided to get a compressor!
What was the shipping dimensions of yours, Timb? DId it come in a pallet?
Also, did it come with a stock blade? Couldn't find in the documentation if it did.

Rikon Band Saw bargain is over. It's now back to $950 plus $95 shipping.
Got the price alert when only three were left in stock ($760 & free shipping). This morning, only two left. Managed to order the last one! Mwa-ha-ha-ha.
Have no idea how I can afford this. I may be having fish balls and gulaman for lunch for the next 3 years but I'll be a happy man with a band saw!

Rikon 10-325 on sale at Highland Woodworking for $800. This is more than $100 less than usual price.
Not sure about freight to a forwarder though. Amazon, though more expensive, ships for free.
