I would like to thank all of you for your participation last May 1, 2010 for the Bosch Power Tools Product Seminar.
It was great meeting all of you, and it was my pleasure. Hope that you all have a great time throughout the activity.
My special thanks to Timber 715 for his great effort of bringing the participants and sharing his expertise to the group in terms of woodworking.
Right now we are preparing for the 2nd Bosch Power Tools Seminar dedicated for the growing community of DIY. We will have something new for the participants (watch out for the schedule). And a lot of promotion for those who will attend the event. Hope that more DIY'er can join.
Again, thank you all and hope to see you to our 2nd gathering.

there was a comment that the gts 10 is rated as industrial while 4100 is not. Is that accurate? i think i read it in lumberjocks

somebody did complain with the throat plate , which isnt a problem since most of us will make our own ZCI

A sloppy miter slot. Which also is just a small nuisance since we can all plane a hardwood runner or plexiglass 🙂

The other qualm i read is that one dude had a table that wasn't flat (e.g. my jet ts) which should not be a problem since its covered by warranty .. 3 years!!!!

Thanks Louis, This is why i am in farming and not retail 🙂

to make it easier for bosch

They could give an option for like... first ten buyers FROM PHM will get 30% off or something to that effect.. and thats it. Because i am sure they would want to introduce this to their dealers and they dont want to be competing with the SRP of their dealers.

They could also give rebates to their dealer if a person can prove that they are from PHM. but this is less attractive to the dealer and Bosch i think

Watch out guys, we will be having our 2nd reunion sometime in the 3rd Qtr of the year. Hopefully our TS sampling arrive just in time and have it raffled in the group....just for testing not as prize;)..

And we might consider your suggestions on the discounts. Schedule to follow... I hope more members can come.
