Um..na check mo na ba ang carbon brush?usually pag ubos na ang brush di na iikot yan..

Ito ba yung 2 sa sides? Hindi ko pa na check but will do it in a bit, basahin ko din manual... How should it look like pag ubos na or worn out na?

Just checked the brushes, still around 0.25 of an inch I think...

I also noticed, matigas talaga, ayaw umikot... 🙁

I suspect I did something wrong... This happened kasi when I was drilling a hole on a 1.8mm aluminum and I tried to move the drilling motion sideways so I can expand the hole... Did I just do something terribly wrong?

Kung covered pa ng warranty pa repair mo na lang..kung di na try mo baklasin check mo ang bearing malamang na damage yan nung nag la laki ka ng butas..

Should still be under warranty i think since mag 1 month pa lang toh sa akin and i rarely use it... kanina lang talaga when i modded my aluminum computer case (which was 1 of my main reason for buying this)...

Should i go back to the store (handyman robinsons) or dun sa edsa shang (meron daw dremel showroom dun)?

Uhm..mukhang pareho kayo ng problema ni bro miked..bago lang pero nasira na..yung dremel 3000 ko naman heavy used yun pero okay pa sya..ibalik mo na lang bro sa pinag bilhan mo sila na ang bahala jan..

^ ah sige, thanks sir! appreciate your responses... balik ko nalang toh bukas sa handyman...

medyo disappointed lang ako, wasn't expecting na ma bogged down agad, dremel pa naman, kaya ito talaga binili ko... but anyway, baka nga lang din na pwersa ko sya masyado or just didn't use it the "optimized" way...

ang worry ko lang baka hindi covered ng warranty tapos sabihin user induced damage? medyo mahirap pa naman ata i quantify since power tools to eh, so expected na ma stress or something...

oh well, i'll know tomorrow...

I was just browsing when I came upon this site and saw your plight so I quickly registered in order to see if I can help you. I happen to own the Bosch, Skil, and Dremel Power Tools Authorized Service Center in Manila. It is located in Binondo.

There are only 2 Bosch Power Tools ASC's in Metro Manila. The other one is in Makati. Below are the contact details for both. You can bring your unit for warranty to either, just make sure you bring your receipt otherwise the warranty will not be processed.
