Re: Torq table saw

I think bago pa lang sa market yun Torq brand.

We have in our shop Torq dust collector, we replaced the plastic impeller 2 times already lagi kse nababasag on the 3rd time napafabricate na lang kami ng stainless impeller. Bearing replacement marami na rin, I think it's a design problem.

Or may be the Torq Dust collector is intended for saw dust only and we are using it in extracting abrasive sand on our sand blasting boot.

I'm talking on Torq dust collector, I hope walang ganitong problem ang Torq table saw.

Re: Torq table saw

bryant77,

mine is torq TS, i bought it about 3 years ago na...

before, i thought i bought a good TS, but not until i came upon and read a review about this bosch 4100 and of course at this forum

maraming drawback ang torq ts, the cuts are not true and square, no miter slots, does not accept dado blades, wobbling fence, just to name a few. 😡

ang ok lang sa kanya ay it can accept a 12" blades and an acceptable power (3 hp )...

kaya lang wala sa pics yung miter gauges, and fence.

Oo nga ano. Baka wala so biglang 10K na lang yun. Bosch US always support so I'm positive a miter gauge and fence can be purchased separtely. 🙂

Re: Torq table saw

before kasi ang projects ko puro rough cuts lang ok na... :chop:

but as you go along the way, nagiging metikuloso ka na...:painting:

paano pa pag nakita mo mga projects ng master ...:yoda1:

kaya choose wisely na bago magsisi, good luck on your tool hunting...:matrix:

Re: Torq table saw

I appreciate your honest opinion on the Torq ts Jon. others kasi would say that they love it simply because it is what they have (so they have to love it). from now on, when you review a tool, I am bound to believe you... :bravo:
