Why don't you visit DIY stores or go to ACE hardware, megamall or drop by HANS tools at the shang in EDSA, Mandaluyong or even at TRUE VALUE, its located at the same floor as Hans in Edsa shang.

If you can find a design like this then it works well. Simple but manual nga lang.

OT :

Aside from air hose reel Panda has also retractable Electricl Cord Reel. I saw it already. Thinking for overhead mounting.

Lota retractable air hose reel and electrical reel. IIRC price is less than 3K for the electric cord.
