Hi. I'm a newbie here. Has anybody seen a 1 1/16" or 1 1/8" hole saw in the local hardware stores? I've been to Handyman and Ace in nearby malls (Robinson's Metro East, Megamall and Trinoma) to no avail. 🙁

I'm building an arcade controller (ultimately an arcade cocktail table) and I need to fit the arcade buttons, the ones used in videoke machines. I've seen a couple of 1 3/8"s and a 1 1/4" but I'm afraid they're a bit too big for the buttons.

I was able to buy a 1 1/8 hole saw from Wilcon Builders Center in Libis. The brand is Maxsell and it's bimetal. Price for the hole saw alone was P329.75. You need to buy the holder as well. I've seen hole saws also at Tru Value.

Thanks! To think I passed by the area yesterday but was pressed for time. Will go there once I'm free. 🙂

I was able to buy a Creston 15 piece carbon steel hole saw set from the Landmark hardware in Trinoma. The set ranges from 3/4" to 2 1/2" with 2 pieces arbor (holder) for PHP 360. Tried it out already with palo china wood and the hole saw looks sturdy.
