bakit sir? question lang ba ito o you are choosing between the two muna to buy first? id go for the drill..but the one with variable speed with reverse feature.

Sakin kasi sir nung wala akong grinder naglalagay ako ng diy attachment sa drill para pwede ka magmount ng cutting discs or buffing pad or grinding wheel. Sa angle grinder di ka pwede magmount ng drill bit pag magbubutas ka.

Well an impact drill is very useful in the house specially when drilling wood or concrete but having a grinder
is also very useful for cutting sheet metal or some concrete slab/flooring and dry walls. 😉 :rofl:

My first power tool was a Black and Decker hammer drill. Bought it more than 20 years ago. Still in service up to now.

My first electric tool is an eagle brand drill. Still working after 18 years of use. Then a dewalt grinder. You need bought for basic diy. Now most of my tools are bosch bought local and abroad.

This is an old post but I will reply anyway. For avoidance of doubt, I think you meant electric drill and not impact drill. In which case go for the drill. However, if you meant impact driver versus grinder, go for the latter (the grinder) if you lean towards metal work.

Better to get a cordless drill, to have easy on work specially on drilling and screwing wood and concrete...Mas gamitin talaga and drill..
Huwag ka lang gagaya sa akin bumili ng expensive Bosch Brushless Impact Driver/Wrench worth 20K...:D
