Here's mine too made of lumber core plywood. Auto, carpentry and electrical tools. Just enough to store my tools. Actually I planned to use the plywood as the table top for my workbench but then decided time to give my tools a decent home
Re: Automotive Tools
Glad to see that more and more people are posting automotive tools. DIY work on cars and vehicles saves us money and we get to know our rides much better.
I hope more and more professional mechanics post their tools too.
Thanks

Oz,
If it was me buying I'll check the Click Type torque wrenches. Kung pang gulong no need for expensive torque wrench.
eto sana kaya lang hanggang 150 ft-lb lang. Check Sears din.

You can start with 1/2" drive then 3/8" and then 1/4" to cover the entire range for your intended application. No single Torque Wrench will "Effectively" cover the whole 2 to 250 ft-lb range, need at least 3. . If you have a Sears near you then you could probably check the Craftsman Microtorq Torque Wrench series. The 1/2" drive usually range from 20-250 ft-lbs.

For automotive use like mid sized Suvs and Sedans here I would go get 3/8" drive first in the range of 10-100 ft-lbs.
If your particular target is mostly lug nuts then just get this ...

If I was buying these will be 3 my choices :

Search GJ for more in depth Torque Wrench real life use info.
Jack Stands :
3 to 4 ton above because of SUVs .... just physically check the units paying attention to clearance issues when used.

Check with GJ again for jack and jack stands. Tons of info there from Craftsman users. I have no direct experience with the above except what I just read there.
Better yet post a thread on the particular Craftsman you will be buying before pulling the trigger. They will give all the ups and downs of the product itself.
Hope this helps.
