Hi sir, you can actually just bring it sa service center nila. The main one is in pasong tamo(chino roces ave). Aside from parts and accessories may training center and display shelves pa sila.

i do repair on my own Bosch tools. do they sell only spare parts? also do i still have to place an order then wait for the parts to be ship to Philippines?

im looking for a shop that can supply me on the spot.

just like retail store.. like "RAON" for electronics.

For 'genuine' parts/accessories, the distributor/importer (Bosch PH) has or can order them, but I was told that they do not sell direct but require or prefer the order to be placed with any of their dealers (e.g., Panda or others).

Also, it seems that Bosch dealers (or dealers in general) generally do not have the means or may be unmotivated to look up part numbers or available accessories. They can be of service only once you know exactly what P/N you want, in which case it is just a mechanical ordering job for them, which requires minimal effort and knowledge.

So the procedure, in general, is ...

1. Find out P/N, compatibility, etc. -- e.g., from printed docs, online, and/or by calling Bosch PH (they usually have part diagram/lists but it may take them time and several followups to locate these), etc.

2. Call Bosch PH for availability/orderability and list price.

3. Order through Bosch dealer (at possibly discounted price). If distributor has it in stock, dealer should get it in a matter of days. If distributor has to order it, it will take longer. Last time I ordered a part, it took almost three months (from Germany supposedly, but labelled 'Made in Taiwan').

Correct me if I have been given wrong info by Bosch PH, but I was informed that there is no longer a Bosch Service Center. The Chino Roces location is a 'service training center' intended to train third parties to service Bosch tools.

The third parties consist of the 'authorized service centers' (only 2-3 last I checked -- Makati, Binondo, and south?) and the 'authorized service dealers'.

I dropped by the 'authorized service center' in Makati recently (to pick up free blades). Hard to believe that this one parking space hole-in-the-wall in a narrow side street is now THE main service center for Bosch in PH. Looked like the repair dungeon at Mayon, but smaller both in space and personnel, and with beat up Bosch tools (for repair? junked?) all over the floor. There was only one technician there, maybe two on a good day ... serving the entire Philippines! Cheerful fellow though.

Oh well, as long as he is good (graduate of Chino Roces training center?) and can fix broken tools, I guess we don't really need a clean, sparkling, spacious, air-conditioned, well-organized, well-staffed 'service center', unlike for sales. Any hole-in-the-wall should do. 🙂

Now I'm a bit confused. Recently attended a training session/phm EB with them and all Bosch ph is promoting is how well they have improved and at the same time increased repair centers. They have move to a new building btw and yes it houses also the training center. I had the impression that it is also where the will accept tools for repair. They even had repair caravan recently. Anyways I might be wrong but since I have not needed any repair for any of my Bosch tools it's quite understandable hehe. Also if ever I will be needing it, golden is just a phone call away. Also Bosch has a portal maybe you can register there and can look at catalog parts. Sorry for the wrong info.

iirc bosch has a guaranteed availability for spare parts for 10 years for each product - though maybe the price of the part might not make economic sense. Makita seems to be like that sometimes; the price for replacing collet wrenches, edge guides, and base plates is halfway towards buying the item new.

Try calling Bosch phils. first, i really don't think there is much need for this to go long. They do have those parts available.
Have you tried calling them yet?
Panda doesn't carry parts, though im sure it can be arranged, they just dont need to bother with it since they are not a bosch service center.
Simple advice... Try calling them, they should be listed in the yellow pages or available online.
