i am posting these because i already lost my patience with a heavy corded circular saw..currently i am using a 5806B makita corded saw..

3.5Kg is enough already to tire the wrists and what could be nicer than a 1.5kg cordless circular saw powered by lithium ion batt!!!

Mayon, the local makita distributor informed me today that the 9.6V NiCad powered 5090D 3-3/8" is not available and it never was available.

I am eyeing on this model, also by makita...
