binili ko ito sa sale promo ng robinsons. kung idadaan ko via handyman robinson's, malamang tatagal ang service for repairs.
1st day of use (about 2 hours siguro na accumulated), ok naman. i just followed yung sabi sa manual na ibreak-in for 5 minutes without any load at highest speed setting. on the first feew seconcs of the break in period mejo naghunt ng konti yung speed pero nagsteady rin....mostly at 8 speed setting ang gamit ko.
2nd day of use, tumigil na lang ng walang sabi sabi. tried another outlet ganun pa rin. ayaw umandar. no humming sound. di naman umusok at di rin amoy sunog. alalay nga lang ang gamit ko kanina kahit na stainless steel (bicycle part) yung ginagrind ko.
sino po sa inyo may contact sa dremel (bosch)? nakakainis tong mga ganitong sitwasyon na sa pagkakaakala mong maganda, matibay etc. yung power tool e bigla na lang matitigok ng walang sabi sabi. excited pa naman akong tapusin yung bike project ko.

7 days? ang sabi sa nabasa ko sa net e 5 years.....or discriminatory warranty asian market i.e. 7 days....pero di ko pa sure kung ano talaga warranty...di pa ko napunta robinsons

7 days replacement? paktay ako neto....july 29 ko pa nabili. umistambay muna dito sa bahay for 2 weeks bago ko nagamit e.

photocopy ko na lang yung resibo ko dahil baka magfade. most likely, ke lagerlite ako magagawi either this week or next.

I am the son of the owner of Lagerlite Auto Parts. You will most likely meet me there when you drop by because I'm there everyday. In a way, I do represent Bosch and Dremel (and Skil) because of the fact that they awarded their service center to me.

Pano po ba to e bonkers na naman yung dremel ko after 2 minutes of usage lang....
may binanggit kasi nung tech nyo na may "minagic" lang sya sa field coil at ayon gumana...kaso after 2 minutes approx lang.

Sorry di agad ako nakareply. My internet was down at home and the only time i get to check this forum is when I'm at home.
Yung sinabi ng technician ko na "minagic" nya kaya gumana, it is actually an inside joke on our part. That's what we usually tell people to make them laugh. I just checked our records and what happened to your unit was the terminal attached to the field coil loosened up. The circuit was open that is why the unit was not working. My technician simply reattached the terminal. When the repair is as simple as that, my technician usually says "minagic" or "kinindatan lang nya tapos gumana na".
If you have time, please bring the unit back to the service center and we'll have another look. A loosened terminal does not usually happen twice in the same tool, especially in such a short time. if this is a quality issue, it will be reported back to Robert Bosch, Inc. for their research and development analysis. Also, if the motor is compromised, we will replace the components and make the unit like new again.

ako nga pala yung nagparepair kahapon diyan sa pwesto nyo. sana tumagal at wala nang problema pa yung dremel ko.

ok naman po sir...hindi ko lang kasi masyado nagamit after nung part replacement (field coil).
feild coil din bumigay sakin 2 days after ng binili ko at kasagsagan ng Dremel Competition, bumalik ako sa Panda Araneta buti na lang may stock sila ng feild coil pinalitan agad at hinintay ko. Since then di na sya nasira hanggang matapos ko ang ang entry ko.
