sirs, bump ko lang...

Can anyone recommend a decent brand/model diesel generator? Am looking for one around ~6.5kvA, with electric start na.

At first i was leaning towards Kipor; they seem to have presence in US and Canada, and based on the forums OK naman siya(although maingay daw)

kami rin...after ng nangyari neto lang samin sa ilocos. i was convincing my household before na kelangan meron kami kahit 2kVA lang to run at least 1 ref, charge phones and run some lights. plus na lang siguro yung kumikitang kabuhayan sa phone charging. hehe

For me sir, bilib ako sa Honda Generators. My in laws had one stored in their shed for more than 10 years.. di napaandar, walang maintenance. Due to the recent storms, I tried my luck in trying to get it started. After a simple change oil, carb cleaning and lubricating the pull start. Nag start siya! Works perfectly now. Medyo maingay lang kasi parang ubos na yung fibers sa muffler niya... hehe kakabilib kasi it still works after all these years of being neglected
