on top is an indicator. it lights up when the laser cannot perform self leveling due to its mounting.
on the bottom is a tripod mount.
the front has a sliding door which keeps the unit OFF when closed
once opened, the laser turns ON

it produces a simple crosshair the size of about 3mm...
I used the upper meridian of the line to mark my points (the previous mount shows way out of alignment)
this is a simple line laser, with the self leveling function always on. It makes every horizontal line level and correct. this makes a great tool for mounting picture frames, laying out tiles or even leveling a workbench... encased in ABS plastic which has proven to be very durable. very simple construction, very nice to have in the shop and house and a highly recommended product...

i just buy one and its a good entry level for laser leveling tools...
and its CHEAP for just arround 3000- 3500 peso you can have a bosch GLL 2X.
