Happened to be in the area near one of the Grizzly showrooms (the Bellingham, Washington one), so made a short trip out of it.

Unfortunately (or fortunately!), I had only an hour to spare and could not 'linger' and get any 'ideas'. Take only pictures, leave only footprints, as they say in the parks. Here are some of them (pictures not footprints):

Re: Grizzly showroom

A lot of the Grizzly stuff is sourced from Taiwan. We're so near to the source and yet so far. Most stuff that reach us directly from there is junk.

Yeah what happened to the would be local Grizzly dealer?

IIRC, this was 'eblue', first mentioned in this thread on tung oil, post #23.

Based on their e-mailed catalog last May (but AFAIK no website for their 'wood division'), they sell some Grizzly, Jet, and Woodcraft items. Not clear whether they are an 'official' distributor of these manufacturers ... anyone know? Meant to ask Grizzly about this, but forgot.

washington? the best state!

It certainly has many interesting bodies of water. Enjoyed my recent trip there (San Juan Islands/Deception Pass area). Hope to be back for more in future!
