I have this old Hilti TE-60 Combihammer during on-site action it lost the hammering action but it's still working. I asked Hilti Phils they told me that the tool is already phase-out. They offering to trade my tool to their demolition hammer TE 500 X Breaker + cash out of P30,000.
Since nothing to loose I decided to open the TE-60 and found out :
1. It runs using an oil and is already drain causing to loose the hammer
2. it has a piston with o-ring that pushes the hammering rod and lots of O-ring to seal the tool.
3. It's hard to disassemble if you don't have a service manual. Lot of trial & error.
I'm on the process of re-building and needed the following:
1. Various sizes of O-ring. Where is the place to go???
2. Hilti Oil or substitute oil preferably hydraulic oil AW46!?
I hope you guys can help me put this tool back in action.

Re: Hilti TE-60 Combihammer
This is the first time I'm seeing a hand drill running it's hammer action using hydraulics. Looks like a very high quality tool and I hope you fix it.

" It runs using an oil and is already drain causing to loose the hammer".
I want to correct my post.
I researched on the web the Hilti TE-60 uses only 70ml of Hydraulic Oil so it means just enough to lubricate the gears, piston & internal parts. More than the recommended oil may caused to break the gears & piston. The hammering action is produced by compressing the air on the chamber and thus pushing the hammering rod. Same principle with other chipping/rotary hammer.
Re: Hilti TE-60 Combihammer
Good thing I downloaded a part list from HILTI Website. I was able to get the sizes of O-rings & bearings I needed.
Tnx to Importer405 for the tips where to buy. Shop from Benavidez has those sizes I need. I spend P1.1K for the sets O-rings & bearings.

For O-rings and seals simplex is the place to go...
