Hi! I am a new member here... I am glad to have found the forum...
I normally buy my tools based on quality.... HOWEVER, in the Philippines, they have to be on sale for me to buy them.

like some posters here, I am influenced by the price somehow, but I read reviews and match those to what is available locally, sad to say we have few brand/model to choose from (cebu). I really envy you guys in manila area.
