"Fruits and vegetables are a great diet in taking care of your eyes. Usually yellow fruits and vegetables are the best ones. Take eight to ten glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated. Do this regularly to maintain brighter and healthier eyes.Use sunglasses which are capable of blocking 99-100% of UV rays."

Re: magnifying lamp

Reminds me of the movie Notting Hill. Hugh Grant had to wear a diving mask in the movie theater kasi nasira yung eye glasses nya. 😀

Para hindi OT. Maybe a face shield will allow you to wear your eyeglasses underneath. And maybe it won't fog up because it doesn't have a small confined area that traps water vapor.

Yes bro joey81, that is the face visor or face shield that I was suggesting to sir ding and that is what I am using now so my eye glasses won't fog anymore while doing metalworks. 😉 :p

Hahaha. Bisto tuloy na hindi binabasang mabuti yung previous posts. :p
Then I think should get one for myself. I rarely use the goggles because of the fog issue. Napu-puwing tuloy ako, but not that often. May advantage din minsan ang pagiging singkit. 😀

Re: magnifying lamp

Do you know of eye protection gear that could be worn on top of eyeglasses? ... So are there eye protection gear that can fit glasses inside?

Replied in Workshop Safety Work Wears thread.

Rosy,

I am not sure why you need to put something in all caps as it means shouting in the SMS/Forum/text messaging etiquette. Also, I do not understand the need for the "ayaw pa din ni sir admin e" because if you want to really push the idea you may again ask for something in a more formal manner or request rather than posting a impolitic comment suggesting that it was only due to a single person's dismissal.

Now if you guys could recall what I said before:

Regarding the new thread, there is the Gazebo forum for that. This is where the small threads may begin and may have its own forum when it is already substantially enough to have its own...

Now did I stop anyone from creating a thread? I even pointed a forum to where you could create one. I do not understand where the idea of me not approving of having a medical thread came from. What frustrates me more is when people insinuates that "ayaw kasi eh", most people do not know that being an admin is more of an accountability than a power trip, it's way more than clicking and typing.

I am a warm and friendly person who likes to appease as much people as much as I can. I have dread the part that people may start to misunderstand me once I get to be an admin but I guess it is inevitable and is happening. I am not saying that administering the board how huge or humble it may be is an easy task, it mostly involves weighing between twp parties and it is easier said than done. Sometimes, you have to choose between a well moderated fora or a satisfied member - it's not always an easy case.

I think I may be doing more drama than needed, I just wanted to point out that it's just not because I do not want something to happen- I relate cases to other admins for approval as well. It's just that I am more vocal/respond more that the others thus it seems I do what I want but that is not the case so please do understand.

*I will create a medical-related thread on the Gazebo to help you guys directed.
