doc, it really is built like a tank. But! the jointer bed is very short. If I were to get me one, the bed should be at least 3 feet infeed and another 3 feet for the outfeed.

I was at T. Alonzo yesterday looking for a jointer, one hardware store offered me the Makita 2012nb for 28K..the description in the catalog was planer/jointer. Is the [COLOR="Blue"]Makita 2012NB can be called combo planer?

ah yes thanks Rosy...kakabasa ko lang uli now..he he...it is primarily thicknesser lang talaga. Loko yung may ari ng store combo daw yun eh pinakita pa sa catalog.
