Re: Multi-scribe and Profile-Transfer Wheel

Sorry I've never seen that in any of the store I frequent. In fact, I've never seen one of those before. What does it do?

Re: Multi-scribe and Profile-Transfer Wheel

I have a feeling that this tool was originally for projects outside the car modification scene but has found its way into quite recently.

Here's an example from Car Audio & Electronics Magazine: Shapes & Templates - A Perfect Match

Actually, they've (Car Audio & Electronics Magazine) got a (US-based) link for the vendor of this item in their article. But last time I followed it, it was dead. Doing a search in the internet lead me to UK-based sites (which are mainly for woodcrafting, etc.). But figured, maybe some of you have seen it in the local market already and might be able to point me in the right direction... with the thought that I might be able to save some if I bought it locally.

TIA.

Oh so that's what that thing is for.

Bro, just make one it seems simple enough. Actually, I've done something similar when I put in a custom deck in our canoe. As you might imagine the panels had to be curved to fit right. The wheel thing is easy obviously, the straight thing is even easier - just use a stick.
