I decided it is time to upgrade it and have some drawers for the accessories and clear some clutter.

Re: My new and improved Scroll Saw Station
What did you use to cut the rabbets and dados and mortises and tenons and finger joints?
Are all the joints glued?
Is that a dowel that you used to plug the screw holes? Where can you get dowels?
Is that veneer glued onto the plywood? Where do you get veneer? What glue did you use?
What kind of finish did you use and is it clear or does it have a color?
Re: My new and improved Scroll Saw Station
What did you use to cut the rabbets and dados and mortises and tenons...
1/4" for the grooves and 3/4"M&T straight router bit and rabbeting bit on the RT. and 1/2" on the dado jig...
and I used my coping sled for the M&T joints
Are all the joints glued?
Yes, I did have most screwed or nailed but it always receive a healthy amount of glue for strength.
Is that a dowel that you used to plug the screw holes? Where can you get dowels?
I got those from a sash store, dowels are readily available in TO SUY though but in short lengths only.
Is that veneer glued onto the plywood? Where do you get veneer? What glue did you use?
No, I used the sticker type of laminate that I bought from ACE hardware. Veneers are available but cost an arm and a leg, something like 6-7K for a 4' x 8' sheet.
What kind of finish did you use and is it clear or does it have a color?
I used Helmsman Spar Urethane, it is clear but has a very light yellowish color to it.
