this is just one of the dream tools/equipment that i want to have. any idea on the availability and pricing of this? if ever i want a 20-ton one...
also, can this be disassembled in such a way that i can fit it in my car?

as for applications, i am looking into bearing press/fit and transmission shaft rebuild...
just preparing for future projects... hopefully this thing can be disassembled so that i don't have to worry about transpo when purchasing...

I was not 100% sure that's why I asked for the pic. Looks like it can be built DIY using Thick walled square tubes , H-Beams and a bottle jack. All available locally and if you want to go cheaper check out junk shops in Boni for materials. Just depends on how strong you want it to be which will surely dictate the weight of the whole assembly.
Will most probably need a welder, a chop saw and a drill press to build it.

It's near Edsa na. I'm not familiar with the street names but will get it when I pass by there as I'm in need to some plates for my table build.
For Springs most probably Binondo would be the place to get these.
