For me I chose Victor equipment. I have an older model torch that don't have built in Flash Back Arrestors. These are only equipped with check valves and for this reason I am installing Flash Back Arrestors on my regulator side ( Made by Western Enterprises ).

I saw some Victor Cutskill Torch outfits / Made in China for around 11,400 pesos. This is looks like a good set and with built in Torch Flashback Arrestors.

I'd go for a Harris or a Smith.
Victor / Harris or Smith compatible brands are also available but I have no feedback on their performance or safety.
