Re: Pressure Washers Thread
ok, this seems reasonable.
any idea on what's the current pricing on the market nowadays? sulit price ranges from 5k-5,5k. wondering it could be lower if "non online ads."
are there fake pumps motors of this sort? - just keeping an eye of what to watch out for...
Try to call Best Achievers in T. Alonzo St. for current pricing. I find them to have the better prices among dealers in Binondo.

Re: Pressure Washers Thread
for sure i need to bring a vehicle here (even though i don't want to). i'm thinking of just leaving it in cubao and take lrt, but i guess it's a dumb move considering how heavy this is even though disassembled.
any route suggestions? and a safe parking space?
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
Sometimes there is street parking, or pay parking lots along Soler st nr cor of T Alonzo.
Dumb mistakes will always be dumb mistakes, unless . . . . you learn from it, and then it will be learning experience.

My usual route, not necessarily the best. I also come from the east.
- take Recto going to Divisoria
- go past T. Mapua and T. Alonzo, you can't turn left there.
- make a U-turn before you reach Abad Santos (I think 2 streets after T. Alonzo)
- you're now along Recto going to Quiapo, make a right on T. Mapua
- make another right on the first street, that's Soler
- there is a parking lot on the right, after BPI and before the wet market. P40 flat rate kahit na per-hour ang sign.
I like that parking lot because they don't require you to leave the keys. And also everything is "within walking distance". 😀
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
are there things to look out for in a kawasaki pressure washer? - fakes, refurbs, motor brand?
i am also looking at sulit sellers (primarily due to convinience - qc, manda sellers). recto is quite far coming from marikina, but might as well get there if really necessary.
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
i bought a small kawasaki pressure washer from Lys;at Recto, the portable one. At 3k+ it's cheap and fulfills my requirements. If you live in Marikina, it's easy to get there since it's just a short walk from the recto lrt station. I usually don't bother canvassing anymore, the prices in that store are usually much lower than competition.
There are lots of water pumps and washers in Evangelista St. Apparently it's the raon of water pumps. I canvassed for a small submersible there, 1800 at Evangelista vs 1900 sa Recto. I bought at Recto - security and convenience was worth the php100.
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
how small is the small one? what's the portable one you got?
commute on the way to recto is no problem because of the mrt - that's my usual route. i'm just hesitant in bringing my ride there, but i might as well bring if it's inevitable.
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
Guys, has anyone ever used the travino portable pressure washer? any feedbacks from it - longetivity, water pressure, durability? what i like about it is the portability and the ability to suck water from a pail. as i have asked around there is a localy service center so parts are available locally.
i find the belt driven one good and durable, but i find it too space consuming and heavy, not to mention the pressure is not as high as the portable ones. i need to bring a portable one whenever we go out of towns for long periods of time - too absurd to bring the belt driven on even if an SUV is used.
feedback wise, i don't like what i read from karcher units, plus it can't suck from a pail - there are models that can be too pricey and not available locally.
Re: Pressure Washers Thread
I have a Trevino Power washer I purchased at Best Achievers in T. Alonzo.
I'm very happy with it and it's still running and performing it's duties going 4 years already. I changed the oil once during this period.
I had a Karcher Power Washer also but it died after a year's worth of light duty service. Cracked cylinder head. It was during this time that an aircon maintenance technician recommended me this Trevino. I went for it and never looked back up to now.
The Karcher however has an excellent pressure nozzle that can be adjusted to a swirling action. I adapted and use this Karcher hose / nozzle assembly on my Trevino now.

Re: Pressure Washers Thread
yea, i also got the idea from the aircon tech that came a few days ago.
does the item came with a procedure (manual) on how to do the oil changes? what kind of oil do you use?

It came with an instruction leaflet and it's a straight forward install but I don't recall oil change instructions included . If I remember correctly I used 3 in 1 oil.
The tip I got from the AC tech was that If I press the trigger I just keep it pressed and use it continuously. Probably what he meant was it is better to avoid trigger burst use if possible.

Re: Pressure Washers Thread
hello!
i recently bought a portable SKIL pressure washer 0760, size, pressure and portability is good. Now, i want to use it as a jetter also ( para lang sa mga drainage, sink sa bahay, yung kasama kasing wand is too big ) any suggestions where i can get the parts? pwede po bang magpasadya ng ganun? like buy a high pressure hose, couplers/adapters, ball valve/foot valve and nozzle.
thank you very much
sorry for bringing this almost a year old thread up
yung kawasaki na 1 1/2 power sprayer, pwede rin ba palitan yung spray wand nya? kase meron akong foam gun eh need ng pressure washer gun with quick release connection para magamit. possible kaya gumamit ng pressure washer gun dito?
