Are rollers and roller balls availablle locally? Would ball bearing stores be the place to look for them? Any idea on cost locally?

I once saw a roller stand at HMR, but it was an entire stand not just a roller and that was years ago.

Re: Rollers and Roller Balls

If your intended purpose is like that in the pics, some solutions might be available in Binondo. Some roller/conveyor materials are available in rice mill supplies. Maybe along Gandara/T. Pinpin st. area.

Dumb mistakes will always be dumb mistakes, unless . . . . you learn from it, and then it will be learning experience.

I know that if available locally, buying them would be more practical because of the consistency and convenience it will provide.

However, I'll just post this so as to give an idea to those who want to have a temporary roller if in need.

Re: Rollers and Roller Balls

Thanks. So, rice mill supplies ... another item for next Binondo trip.

Nice thing about that DIY design is it does not require dowels (and dowel-making jig), as in other designs.
