i need a jigsaw, gst 80 pbe, i've tried and tested it, in several bosch seminars and events...
and for me it is balanced, and it is locally available...pang post na rin ba sa WW contest...:guitar:

Yes bro Jon and JayL, I also need a jigsaw, is the gst 80pbe the heavy duty one from Bosch ? I'll be needing it for cutting thin sheet metals and stainless sheets.

would a metal shear be more better than a jigsaw to cut metal sheets? the jigsaw will deform the edges of the thin metal sheet while it will be clean and flat if with the shear. problem is...the metal shear is a metal shear and it wont do other tasks a jigsaw can do.

and its twice expensive...a makita shear can set you back for 14K (though i am still eyeing on it hehe)

yes the gst pbe is at the top of the heirarchy of bosch jigsaws.
