@V will try the chuck later. Yes this Jacobs chuck is a bit hefty for the Milton but it is within the DP specs 3-16mm. I'm trying to get a few good chucks which I can load and reload to a DP depending on the job to do. Hopefully if lucky I can chance on a DP in sulit worth rebuilding. A reversible one would be great.
The likes of this one below would be a great all around chuck to use. However keyless don't do reverse so can't be used for tapping and left hand drilling.

got a flaring tool for P500....cutting tool is made of plastic but can cut cleanly. tried on a thin aluminum tubing. i'm not really sure if what i got is genuine.
plus what's the stainless steel coil for?

the steel coil is for tube bending, so you can bend the copper tubes smoothly without a kink...

i think the tool tray wont work for me..id like my tools to be hanging around and easily seen.
what i probably need is a larger space to hang my tools..hmmm i am thinking of the ceiling to put on my tools as well...:D

Sir pwede sa ceiling. Pull down type, naka hang yung cabinet pero naka hinge isa side then pagkailangan ibababa lang using pulleys.

Hanging my tools on the wall would be nice but rust is a problem in my shop because one side is open to the elements.
