Those auto adjusting C locking pliers are very very good tools. My go to clamps whenever I do metal fabrication.

Highly recommended. I do have the next size up which is 11" but the smaller 7" ones on the photo are used more often.

Re: Show your recent tool purchase/s ( The Tool/s Loot )

@Jayl... As you said it sir, This self adjusting tool is very useful indeed. Can clamp any size within its range without adjusting. Once it locate its bite, will lock automatically. I'm also looking a size bigger but they only have this for now. I'm happy for its performance. If i'm not mistaken this is use to be Lockjaw then change to Automatic brand by C.h. Hanson Tools.

@av973... Kapro level 80cm. Php 355
Automatic Self Adjusting Clamp 7" Php 545. each
Automatic Self Adjusting Pliers Php 480.

Yes it is the former Lockjaw. I have some Lockjaws and CH Hansons and performance is the same. Very useful for fab works because of the self adjust feature. However for real pressure clamping I go back to the old Vise Grips w/ manual adjustments.

I purchased some Tajima tape measures to replace the crap Stanley Lever Locks I have. My problem with the latter is disappearing tape markings.
