those are really low pressure fed spray gun...
very nice spray guns...very nice indeed !
marami pa pala akong hindi nakikita !

Baka makulam ka nanaman.:bat::D These Horn Peps are for highly viscous and heavy flow fluids like Polyurethane, Auto Urethane, Special adhesives, as well as the usual Acrylics and Lacquers we use for our furniture upholstery and varnishing. Though I use MUZI most of the time, very rare that i get a chance to catch these HVLP guns at the price and performance they offered. I got the last remaining guns for our production because the dealer couldn't promise me a repeat order much like what happened to the Asturo we got.;)

most hvlp Jon are designed to run at 10psi on the tip. You still need about 40 psi from the compressor about 25 to 30psi on the gun...

Re: Show your recent tool purchase/s ( The Tool/s Loot )

My TIG welding kit P1,214. The regulator/flowmeter is free. Now all i need is the argon gas which is quite an investment. P6,000 cylinder deposit and P2,700 for the content. I was hoping to get a small cylinder but the gas dealer here in Marikina said that I have to buy the cylinder and has to be refilled special because argon gas are normally in large cylinders.

My Nihonweld 160A DC Arcwelder P7,345

If you are referring to this bro joey81, I think this is a DC stick welder only, I've seen a Nihonweld DC Tig welder and its a different set up, but then I may be wrong, lets just wait for bro Vrcinfo's reply of confirmation, just to be absolutely sure. :p :agree:

Yes this is its optional accessories. But if you buy this separately it will cost a bit higher, the price I don't know.

Re: Show your recent tool purchase/s ( The Tool/s Loot )

Yes this is a DC stick welder but with optional TIG. It's a scratch type TIG and manual argon discharge. There's a valve in the handpiece you have to turn on for the argon before welding and turn off after welding. I have yet to try but for Nihonweld brand I'm sure its a good one.

Hopefully bro you can give us some sort of review or feedback when you start playing with it, there might be other members who might be interested too in that unit. Considering the price you stated for the unit, its fair enough. Oh how is the after sales service and warranty, this aspect is quite important too !!!

Thanks in advance bro ! :thanks: :dog1: 😉

I bought my unit a week ago, and after reading through this forums I decided to inquire about the TIG kit. One of the salesperson (Fe) said the price of the TIG kit is higher buying it alone then getting it with the main unit, but she still extended me the cheaper price (P1,214) since its just a week ago. So i would say their after sales is excellent. This price is for the TIG torch alone, the regulator with flowmeter is free for buying the main unit. So if you buy the TIG torch kit alone it will be more expensive since you have to buy the regulator with flowmeter. I have yet to try it because the argon gas is expensive. I will post my experience when i have completed my TIG welding and work on it.

I'm willing to let you try my TIG torch kit with your Yamato unit if you like. Just provide the argon gas. I know a lot of people here have the Yamato unit. Just let me know when and where.

Re: Show your recent tool purchase/s ( The Tool/s Loot )

@ vrcinfo,

Thanks bro, we will wait for your feedback and review and we are also hoping if the TIG torch kit thus work with the Yamato then it will sure be a great news and an advantage for so many members who would love to also learn how to use the TIG process of welding. I know this type of welding process can be very beneficial to a lot of members, an additional skill again, no spatters, slags nor very dangerous fumes can be experienced while welding plus it can even be done inside your house, room or a terrace.

This will also confirm the previous post made by bro joey81 in a different thread about this TIG torch kit which I think he saw at TOOLEC. This is getting to be very EXCITING !!!

Hope we are not getting OT with the flow of discussions here !!!!! 😀 :fetch1: :p
