wow sir. ive been looking for magnets like that. did you order them from the US?

anyway, just want to show you guys things that jumped into my suitcase in a recent trip to HK:

all bought from Wang Tai Hardware in Reclamation St in Mongkok. thanks to sir Balarila and the others who gave directions to this shop. almost missed it but managed to find it.

carpenter pencils were HKD5, around 30 and you wonder why there aren't any places we can buy them here. meron bang nabibili dito?

mujinfang marking gauge, the real purpose of my trip to Mongkok.

the mujinfang hand planer was a nice impulse buy. saw good reviews of this high-angle planer on the web. work is comparable to more expensive western brands.

Look at the sample Rockler distributed Quart Size Mixing Lid I purchased. Seems ok to me but a bit pricey. French Made.

The first time I heard about this sheet metal cutting tool was from Bro Rosy who posted a video of Kevin Caron using it. Analyzing the tool looks like it would really make sheet cutting simpler albeit more material waste. Anyway I decided to try one and the model I got will cut up to 14 gauge which is the thickest sheet metal I currently use.

I really like Gearwrench Tap Wrenches that I decided to give their taps and dies a shot. If these will be come close to USA Irwin Hanson or Norseman performance then the set would be worth it. GW is manufactured in Taiwan.
