German-made watch? Hmmm, wala bang Swiss-made. Speaking of Bosch, saw some new Bosch stuff here in HK, several models of kitchen mixers, maybe for the SWMBO. 😀

Dumb mistakes will always be dumb mistakes, unless . . . . you learn from it, and then it will be learning experience.

Went to Panda in Binondo yesterday. Sabi ni Cathy dumaan daw si chisel. 😉

Grabbed a few stuff.

A set of screw drivers. Picus, made in Japan daw. I hope its good.

Yaki Soba

A stripper. The old one that I have can only do up to 12 gauge. This one can do 14.

And an Israeli made bar level, Samson. This one is thicker and heavier than Stanley. It does not deform when clamped to the workpiece..

Last stop is in Soler St. Got a bunch of stainless steel pipes to be used as curtain rods. 3/4" outer diameter, 1mm thick. The 20-foot piece costs P310 and they will cut it to your specs for free.

@jarod, did you already buy the rods for your shoe rack project? Marami akong retaso, 7 pcs na 70" and an 80". I'll make a shoe rack, too. So i-post mo na yung WIP mo para makopya ko. 😀

gauge 14 is smaller than gauge 12. did you mean that your older stripper is for bigger wire?

You're right! I meant the other way around. The old one can do up to 14, which is OK when I do the lights. And when I do the convenience outlets (12 gauge) I had to manually strip.

Nice. I did the same: SS pipes for curtain rods. What will you do about finials? On mine, I wanted something really minimalist but the ones available at hardware/homedecor stores are too ornate that I had to wait until I was travelling abroad and picked some up at Ikea.

I learned a new word today: finials. Got this from the same store at P10 each, also minimalist.

I have very high hopes for this tool's usefulness in the shop and overall house maintenance. The best bang for the buck Oscillating Multitool product in the US Market.

Bosch MX25EC-21 2.5-Amp Multi-X Oscillating Tool Kit

Five stars rating.

Kudos to Bosch for installing swiveling power cords in some of their corded tools. Excellent for close quarters use.

Yes I believe the Fein is the orginal. Arguably one of the best if not the best out there.

Since you woodwork a lot then I believe you can get better returns on such a tool. I considered it myself but could not justify the price for whatever little use I have for this type of tool.

I don't know why I can't find this grinder configuration being sold locally. Paddle switch grinders are great. Safer too to operate at least from my experience.

Makita 9557PB 4 1/2" US Model grinder.

This is a new to me tool. Purchased used. Angle drill 3/8" 7.2V. It will not be used often but when I need it usually it is the only tool that will work.
