Yes it's in Evangelista.

Moji it's the same street where we bought surplus Toyota parts.

These older cabinets are better than newer ones with very thin sheets. The slides used are a lot lot better too.This most probably a Japanese surplus.

Nice find sir, you gve me n idea on what storage to get next time. Btw been noticing a lot of japan surplus shops selling used filling cabinets just dont knownof the price.

Nice score on the old filing cabinet. (Dunno if it has any other purpose but that's exactly the style used in libraries for catalog cards.) Great price, and lots of compartments. Do the drawers still draw smoothly and what about the lock?

Having visited Hans recently, i'm surprised how rickety the toptul toolboxes are. (Kala ko pa naman, toolbox of my dreams na. But i believe they are powder coated.) The japanese "tone" looked best, but of course, are wildly expensive. God knows when a good score like that would crop up again.

I just check the drawers. Yes these move smoothly as the slides are of high quality. You can either pull one drawer or both and can be fully extended.

Planning to use it more for storing fasteners and small stuff. Maybe make wooden cubicles inside so I can store more variety. The lower half portion would be good for tools.

Except for 3 missing drawer handles all looks ok. Will work on refurbishing it once I get the new compressor fully operational.

Btw the label holders can be useful for others looking for stuff inside. They don't need to open each and every drawer to find something they need.
