Re: Clip-on Handlebar

Or you may flip and reverse the slacked riser bars so that it will work as a slacked lowers?

That's we used to do during the bmx day's to feel ala racers - just for tripping 😀

I think you are describing something like this.

This is one of the early versions of sportsbar for Ninja 650r. I read that this type of handle bar has some kind of problem with hitting the tank during steering lock.
And the manufacturer actually made their 3rd version already (my earlier post the one with "ninja" engraved on it.)

Although it is the easiest and fastest to make, but i have a lot of garage time to spare. 😎

Re: Clip-on Handlebar

another version.

I think the problem has something to do with the way the angle is always fixed.

I did that. 😀
I actually imagined it will be a quick fix that nobody has thought of yet.
but no, it didnt work. Angles are too steep.

Re: Clip-on Handlebar

the existing fork is too small for the P-Clamp that i got. I have to sandwich these pipes to fit.

I'm sure after grinding that part will look great. Looks like the metal fusion is tight and will hold well.
