To get the exact spot and angle, I epoxied it before tack weld. I m not tack welding it while grounded to the bike (Im really worried about the electronic parts of the bike).

I used another strip of pipe(chipped) for peg central main support. and some flat bars.

the top bracket is the only stock part. All the others (yellow ones) are my custom built.
