please take proper precautions when spraying urethanes..those most often than not contain isocyanates. Pretty dangerous stuff from what i've read..

decided to finish the procedure hehe

wet sanding:

my polisher: im using variable speed angle grinder.
warning: not recommended to high rpm angle grinder:

using 3M rubbing compound:

somebody said that you can apply wax after a week, but i decided to apply it after the rubber compound buffing process

i usually wet sand the base coat (even the primer-if needed, and the top coat) the following morning, but sa instruction pwede na sya within 5 hours yata hehe

thanks master handyman, yup, the bender is really helpful, a must for a metal worker like us 🙂

nice bracket sir.... nicely done... one thing lang boss

im kinda worried about the strength dun sa may pinagturnilyuhan =)

same issue i had with my fabricated givi bracket...

dalawang beses naulit na tinibayan yung connection / weld

dun nag fail din sa part sa dulo.. where the round bar meets with the hole kung saan nakaturnilyo..

or maybe i just carry too much or ride really hard =
