Adding Shelves to a Wooden Cabinet

This is how one of my bedroom cabinets look like:

I want to add additional wooden shelves.

Is there any place in Makati/Manila where I can specify the size/dimension of the plywood I need so I don't have to saw it myself?

And what's the best way for the shelves to stay in place? I don't have any drill but this cabinet is not made of hardwood. Maybe something I can screw in place?

Bro, it looks like an MDF board to me, maybe bro bryant will be able to read your inquiry and be able to give you some tips and information. He is consider here sa PHM as our MDF board " master/expert ".
