Every first Wednesday of each month, our school holds mass . This will hold the Holy Bible or Missal. Nangangalahati na ang school year ngayon ko pa lang nagawa. This is another quicky project. Other projects are on hold until I finish this.
I used acacia wood for this project
Cut and plained to desired dimension
Some pieces were from previous projects na did not push thru. Sayang naman kaya re-use ko dito.

Attached a strip of wood to prevent the book from sliding of the stand. Glued and placed a few brad nails for added strength.

This is all for now. Gagamitin na bukas. Next time na yung sanding sealer and poly.
I have to re-sand it pa further there are some parts na hindi ko na sand properly kaya parang may an-an. Hindi tuloy even yung stain.

Very nice project and presentation bro. I believe this is the second such project I have seen in the site. The other one was made by no other than Bro Jon himself. Both your builds are very functional and worth praises although not of the same design. Bro Jon's IIRC was floor standing.

Oo nga bro Willy medyo mabagal wips ko na hindi pa na iipost, and daming mga pending projects, medyo busy pa dito sa property kaya hindi pa maka pag welding/metalworking.
