Out of the box, no. You can have the inner flange machined to remove the raised middle part. This will allow you to use blades with 5/8" arbor. Dado blades (which are illegal in UK/Europe) only comes in 5/8" arbor (at least all those that I know of).

Alternatively, if you don't want to modify the inner flange, you can fabricate a washer that is similar to a flattened flange.

I'm not certain if you can order thru Amazon if you are located in the Philippines, but they have different sizes that will fit your needs. Also, alibaba is another option, as China is closer to Philippines so shipping won't be as bad compared to others located outside Asia.
