i was a bit reluctant to replace my diablo 24 tooth ripping blade with the new P410 Fusion 40 tooth blade. The carbide is still sharp and ripping finely....

Until today...when i had to "resaw" 6 pcs 2 x 4 x 6's to be used for the ktichen cabinet doors on the 4100TS...

the blade (P410) is extremely sharp and produces a soft whirr so soft to the ears...didnt bother to wear ear muffs at all (this side by side with the Zekoki vacuum).

All boards then were fed to the 2012NB thicknesser to get the 3/4" final thickness.

The P410 is a wonder blade and so is the 4100 TS.

I really do not know if my 24 ripping blade will ever find its way back to the spindle of my TS.

Guys, i encourage you to change gear...shift to fusion blade!
