This is my project for the next 4 weeks from my ongoing contract. We are expected to deliver 5 units per week, so its a non-stop work 6 days a week.

My shop built table saw now have a 30 x 48 inches top capable of ripping 24 inches plywood sheets.

also with a dado for the miter gauge for cross-cutting

After cutting the sheets a quick routing is done with a preset guide for the dadoes.
All routing are done on side panels only and cut simultaneously.

Re: Glass Cabinets

Assembly is straight forward gluing and driving 2 inches wood screws. Pictured here attaching the cross support under the cabinet.

Then attaching the shelves support.

The shelves are panels with over-sized plywood edging and shelf strips stickers to prevent items from sliding of the shelves. pictured here are the constructed cabinets before the sanding and finishing...

Re: Glass Cabinets

Here's some of the finished cabinets.
Sorry sir Rosy, no pics of the sanding, sealing, application of filler and painting. I keep my phones and cameras away during these dusty and messy process..

Anyway, the process are quite simple and fast.
1st: Sanded the cabinets with 80 grit sandpaper on the ROS
2nd: Applied sanding sealer then sanded with 120 grit
3rd: 2 coats of flat wall enamel, sanding after each coat
4th: 4 coats of Boysen QDE Bright Red. Sanding after 2 normal coats, the last 2 coats are thinned down and hand sanded between coats.

After that installation of aluminum rails and glass panels and stickers!

Thanks Sir Timber!

I use the flatwall enamel on the interior surface for filling the plywood grains. Works like a fast wood filler.

For the exterior finish I use Bosny filler for more smooth and shiny finish.

Tanong lang spray paint ba ang ginamit niyo diyan?
Kung sakaling walang compressor para sa spray paint pwde bang gamitin eh Spray Can?

Thanks in advance!
