An image will be very helpful at hindi ako familiar sa terminology.
Salamat
Re: Hanging Kitchen Cabinet Joint
Im just starting woodworking as a hobby but I managed to built a hanging cabinet using a 3/4" plyboard using simple butt joint. My build is very simple.
The photo shows the front view and right side view
the joint I used looks like this: (not my own pics, just downloaded)
At first I tried to use nails but the joint seems to be very weak so I replaced it with wood screws. It becomes more sturdy. Adding 1/4" plywood as back cover made it a lot stronger.
Hope this helps..

Google plywood joints and you'll find a lot of useful info. This one particular result I find very informative:

As for attaching the cabinet to the wall, one way to do it is by using french cleats:

Re: Hanging Kitchen Cabinet Joint
Manipis yung ginamit ko na plywood as back cover kasi yung sides ang dinikit ko sa pader but in your case pag back mismo yung idikit mo you need a 3/4 plywood as well.
I think yung suggestion ni sir joey is a better alternative.
