now i need 51 inc long for the head board and additional 3 inc for the tenon for both side (1 1/2) .so 54inc long . and router for jointner since i dont have biscuit or round dowel i used 1/2 x 1x 35 inc long

and here it is with 1 x 8 board since i don`t have band saw to split 2 x 10 into 1 x 10 inc. board so i buy 1 x 8 x 10

right now i`m going to wood stain the headboard this is very heavy need 2 person to lift it

my wife choice this one deep mahogany

disassemble the head board for wood stain much better one by one part assemble it before final coat
