Help How to Cut Letters using Router on MFD?

im planning to cut letters using router which is i see much faster, accurate and square.

any one can help me out what kind of set up and bit that illl bee needing?

I would advise extreme caution on free hand routing. Letter cutting is usually done in CNC programmed routers not free hand. Unless you are exceptionally skilled you are better off with a scroll saw. You need a small trimmer model for the task you seek if you are sticking with a router. A straight flush 2 sided carbide bit, deeper than the MDF you want to use is advisable. Good luck.
