I need help in creating the picture above. I'm not sure if teak and cedar woods are available here in Philippines. I don't know where to get them if there is any and also what could be a good alternative to be used as a shower mats? and do i seal them so they could stand long.

I'm not aware of teak or cedar sources locally. But if you would use ordinary wood, you can seal them in epoxy resin then top it off with flat polyurethane.
For epoxy resin, you can get them from Polymer Products in Pasig (J Borris street off C-5). Epoxy resin comes in two parts and you mix them in exact proportions. You can then brush it on or pour and wipe with a little squeegee. For clean-up, use vinegar.
For added protection, you can finish with polyurethane available in many hardware stores.

Bro, As the wood is intended as shower flooring, Would'nt resin/polyurethane combo finish make the wood slippery?

Hindi naman. Especially if you use matte finish ng poly. Not any slipperier than ordinary tiles. Poly is used as boat topside finish all the time.

so this type of seal mixture can withstand water and can add life to the wood? can I also use this mixture/procedure in outdoor stairs and footbridge?
