Hello guys , I have 2 questions.

1. ) I had a wide table custom built and painted with a glossy finish early this year. At first everything went well but after a few months I noticed the paint easily scratches and stains start to appear. I use my table mostly as my pc table, coffee is placed on a " planner " so I'm sure it won't have any stains etc.

This is how it looks like now

This is what I want it to look >

If you also noticed in malls , apple resellers or samsung stores , they use a white table. Not sure if it's made of plastic or formica so I can't tell.

What is the best process on achieving the look that I want ?

2.) My dad has a small 1.5 hectare farm with mahogany trees. Around 600 trees with a diameter the size of an oil barrel at around 8 - 10 years old. There's also 2000 that will grow the same size 2 - 5 years from now.

a. How much does 1 mahogany tree cost nowadays if we plan to cut it down per tree ?

b. Or do you advise to sell the farm directly ?

Acrylic po gamit nila preferably 2mm but madali po magasgas din, kaya lang po na maintain nila ng ganun ka kintab un is simply because it was only use for display and not for daily use. if you want paint ginagamit naman is enamel para makintab but to make it that fine to touch you need to put a lot of effort sanding between every filler until you reach the fine finish kasi prep work yung magdedecide dun sa finish ng enamel layer mo, if ever naman gusto mo mabilis matuyo lacquer type gamitin mo then spray it, you can always test sa mga small boards before applying it on the actual project that way you can be familiar how to approach your project much more easy.
