I found a top bearing router bit at Panda araneta, 1/4 shank lang though. Kinulit ko yung guy to look for it. Buti na lang..

noob mistake. i had a 12 teplate guide, and a 14 bit. so i made a 14 offset for my template. it's 18 too big 🙁

now hinge installed.fitting nicely and with less time and accuracy using chisels and rubber mallet...
cons here is the finer dust created by the router. but it is quick and you may use the jig again and again (at least for the same hinge dimension)

i remember around between 200-250 bucks a pair..this is alum alloy, korea made hinge 2" x 4".
i especially like it because of the plastic gasket..yes no squeaking.
but the store where i bought it does not have stocks anymore.:(

pero ayos yan kasi mababaw lang recess ng mortise..save sa kuryente...at wood dust!

Would you guys know where to order a door hinge mortise router jig? If it's not available locally, where's a good place to order online? I've got 14 doors to hang. The shop built jig works well enough, but nabubugbog after a while and it gets inaccurate.

I have a dog-eared Rockler catalog that has mortising jigs. Check out their website. It'll take time (5-6 weeks) though since you'll be ordering from the US. While you're at it, you may also want to check out Woodcraft or Highland Woodworking.
